Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Some items are not returnable. Perishable items (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines) are not returnable. We also do not accept items such as intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only a partial refund will be allowed:

Books that show visible signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Any item not in its original condition, damaged through no fault of ours, or missing parts.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be credited.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to be credited.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an identical item, please email {email address} and have your item shipped to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the return, we will mail the gift certificate to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will then review your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should ship it to: {physical address}.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning a larger item, you may consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
